刪除 HerbHou 帳戶
你可以在網站或共用行動應用程式提交同一個安全刪除申請，不必另外安裝 App。
處理方式
- 登入現有 HerbHou 帳戶，並再次輸入目前密碼以確認身分。
- 提交後可在本頁查看「已收到」或「處理中」狀態。
- ADMIN 會檢查共同商家擁有權、詢問、RFQ、研究投稿及必要稽核紀錄，避免刪除其他人的共同資料。
- 帳戶憑證、可撤銷 sessions、個人收藏與可安全移除的個人活動會刪除或匿名化。依法必須保留、處理爭議或維護安全所需的最少紀錄可能保留。
- 完成狀態會顯示在本頁；如需額外確認，支援人員會使用已登記 Email 聯絡你。
這不是即時自動刪除。需要協助或無法登入時，請聯絡 support@kokoshungsan.co.uk，我們會先核實身分。

Delete your HerbHou account
You can submit the same secure deletion request on the website or in the shared mobile app. Installing another app is not required.
How it works
- Sign in to your existing HerbHou account and re-enter your current password to verify your identity.
- After submission, this page shows whether the request has been received or is processing.
- An authorised administrator checks shared business ownership, enquiries, RFQs, research submissions and necessary audit records so another person's shared data is not deleted.
- Account credentials, revocable sessions, personal saves and personal activity that can safely be removed are deleted or anonymised. The minimum records needed for applicable legal obligations, disputes or security may be retained.
- Completion is shown on this page. If further confirmation is needed, support will contact your registered email address.
